I would like to see how many people would be interested in a one night per week (possibly Tuesdays at 7pm for one hour), to dance and exercise to music. I was a certified Zumba instructor and have been approached by a few to teach a class throughout the winter. Just wondering how many people would be interested. Three rules…1. Listen to your body, don’t do anything that will hurt you…2. If you cant follow me, just keep moving your feet as this is an aerobic exercise and 3. Have fun and enjoy the music.
